Easter 2010
Living close to both sets of parents is a lot of fun. Come holiday time, we always have jam-packed days making runs from one house to another. This year was no exception!
After church, we went to my parents for a quick lunch and hangout time with the cousins.
After lunch we did a little Easter egg hunt with the kiddos, and then hung out for a little bit longer. Olivia had fun with her newest cousin, Maddox.
After heading home and putting the girls down for a nap, Jen's parents came over for dinner and dessert. We also had another little Easter egg hunt for Sophia. She was loving all the candy (and attention!).
All in all it was a fun day. The week prior we tried to teach Sophia the true meaning of Easter - she'll remember that Jesus rose from the dead and Jesus went to heaven to be with God. Just trying, a little bit at a time! Lastly, here's a quick video of one of Sophia's Easter Egg Hunts (at our house):
