Olivia Grace Valencia
On Tuesday, May 26th at 4:25 pm we welcomed baby girl # 2 into our family: Olivia Grace Valencia. She weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz. She is a bundle of joy and a sweet little girl. When we were thinking of names, Olivia immediately stood out to us as it means "peace" and Grace will be a daily reminder of God's grace for us! Right now Sophia (our new big sister) calls Olivia "baby" and "oh-poo-uh". We know that she is definitely going to enjoy having little sister around to play with. Here are some pictures from the first few days we were at the hospital, and of course there will be many more to come!
What going to Kroger looks like…
Sophia has found a new way to enjoy the grocery store. She loves hanging out in those car attachments that go on the front of the grocery cart!
Coming Home to Cuteness
It's always nice to come home from a long days work and see a "little cuteness" waiting to give me a hug!
Petting Zoo
On Saturday (5/9/09) we headed out to Tanglewood Farms in Canton, GA to give Sophia her first "petting zoo" experience. This place has a bunch of miniature farm animals that you can pet and feed. We weren't sure how she would respond to the animals (there were a couple crazy goats), but she did surprisingly pretty well. Enjoy the gallery from our eventful morning!
